Nothing will happen if you drink snake venom, because snake venom is a kind of protein, if it enters the stomach, it will become protease and peptone due to proteolytic enzymes and become the last amino acid!

There are nearly 3,500 species of snakes around the world. Out of them, only 25 per cent are poisonous and King Cobra is believed to be one of the deadliest snakes in the world.


When venomous snakes sink their fangs into the body of a human or animal, they inject a complex mixture of toxic proteins, enzymes and other molecular substances into our bloodstream. It disables you by breaking down your cellular mobility which often leads to paralysis, internal bleeding and death. This phenomenon is known to many and has been seen numerous times. But will the outcome be the same if snake venom is consumed as a drink? Several Netizens raised this query on Quora–a public interactive platform.
