Well, certainly sex is still done in the same exact way as it was in antiquity.

The Romans, with some exceptions, in the realm of the sexual and emotional sphere were very similar to us. Women and men loved sex just as we do, and the words of love that flowed between lovers were often surprisingly modern.
The Ancient Egyptians:
